I've had the opportunity to go to some pretty cool places with couples but this private airport, filled with vintage airplanes lands at the top of the list. Anne grew up at this hanger, as her dad was a big part of it over the years, which made it really special. Anne and Marc are getting married in Solvang in a couple weeks and their wedding is going to be a blast. Loved this shoot and the time I got to spend with them.
I had a blast with Harjot and Brendan shooting their engagement photos up in Santa Barbara. They were in town from NYC and their wedding is going to be incredible at the Ojai Valley Inn in Ojai. Love these pics. Hope you do too!

Sam and Tricia are one of those couples I really connected with on their engagement shoot and it was so much fun being a part of their Ojai wedding. I love my job and have fun doing it. I always tell couples I like to meet with them before they book me for their wedding because I feel Chemistry is so important to have with your photographer. I want you to like me, and I want to like you. In that process, I book couples that I know I would want to be friends with outside of being their photographer. It makes my job that much better and I believe that the chemistry I'm talking about comes across in the photos I take. I put this video together with little clips videographers have sent me or my assistants have shot, so it probably could be better but I think it's fun. Take a look!
