Destination weddings are so fun to photograph. I'm generally showing up a day or so before the wedding, spending time with guests and by the time the wedding actually happens, I feel like a part of everything going on. They're intimate, romantic and everyone is together for more than just a couple hours on the wedding day. For Alexandra and Anthony, Mammoth is a special place and for me, I grew up snowboarding there since I could walk. In the summer, Mammoth is stunning. This wedding was definitely one of my faves this year. Let me know what you think!

I regard Photo District News Magazine or PDN as one of the top photography magazines in the industry and it is a HUGE honor to have been featured in this recent issue. It was their first issue they've run focusing on the Rising Stars in Wedding Photography and I was chosen as one of the 20 they nominated. It blew me away and I'm so grateful!

Bill and Danielle's wedding was held in Sunriver, Oregon near Bend. It was so special for my wife and I to be a part of. Everything about their wedding was spectacular from the location, to Bill and Danielle, to their guests. This is part one of their wedding. Let me know what you think! And if you want to see their engagement photos, Click HERE.
My favorite quote from Danielle, "Since the day I first laid eyes on Bill, I’ve had the biggest crush on him. He’s the sweetest, most genuine guy I know. He’s my breath of fresh air. I like to think my life started when I found Bill"
How incredible is this spot we found for them to do their first look?
To get to the ceremony site, the bridal party followed by Danielle and her dad, crossed this bridge while Bill and their guests waited in anticipation. From Danielle's perspective, "Walking over the bridge with my dad was just surreal. I was overwhelmed with emotions - I couldn’t believe the day had finally come. When we finally peaked over to the other side, I was in awe seeing our vision come to life. He was too. The moment I walked through those two trees and saw Bill…it was over. The tears started flowing and I couldn’t get through that tall grassy aisle any faster."
Bill and Danielle basically invented this location to have their ceremony. Couldn't have been more gorgeous!

Max and Molly are such a rad couple getting married this April. They came out with me to the Hitched Event at the Ace Hotel and we decided to shoot their engagement pics out in the desert. So excited for their wedding!!
