Margaret & Bernie ::: Cabo San Lucas

After shooting Margaret and Bernie’s engagement photos, Lindsay and I knew we were in for something special for their wedding. The entire weekend was amazingly put together by Evette Knight from the family gathering, to the rehearsal dinner, to the incredible wedding at the Sheraton.
Margaret and Bernie are both striking and looked even more so on their wedding day. What a special time we were able to spend with all of their family and friends. Lindsay and I felt like a part of the wedding the whole time. We had sooo much fun with everyone!

New Orleans Video

Here’s a little video from our New Orleans trip. A strong portion of the photos are mine mixed in with some from my buddy Mike Thezier and some of the kids that grabbed my camera now and again. All the video I shot on my 5D Mark II. Mike put the video together and did a awesome job. Watch how cool the intro is he made!

New Orleans Trip

Every year for the past 6 years, I’ve taken my high school group of kids to Pichilemu, Chile. This year we decided to stay in the country and do some service projects here at home. We chose New Orleans being that 4 years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is still wrecked. The one thing that the kids kept saying was, “I can’t believe this is the U.S.” – parts really felt like a third world country. 1 out of every 4 or 5 houses were still boarded up from the flood damage. The 9th Ward was just fields where there used to be neighborhoods.
